Pinot Noir in a fruity, generous and naturally delicious expression.
Made from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes, this juice is crafted with the same high standards and care that we devote to our grapes destined for winemaking.
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, when their richness and aromatic expression are fully developed. The juice is then settled, pasteurized and bottled.
Here, Pinot Noir reveals a fruity and rounded expression, with notes of ripe red berries and a lovely freshness. A generous juice that offers a different way to discover this iconic Alsace grape variety.
Muriel’s tips:
Serve well chilled, ideally between 8 and 10°C.
Enjoy on its own or as an aperitif. It also pairs elegantly with red berry desserts and indulgent treats, for both young and old.
Vines: over 40 years old, from the “Rouffacherweg” parcel, meaning “Route to Rouffach”, located mid-slope south of the village.
Terroir: marl-sandstone. Deposits and outcrops of pink Vosges sandstone, covered by rich, deep clay soil.
Alcohol content: 0% vol.
Storage life: 09/2029
After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
