Nose : Notes of yellow fruit with a hint of toasted almond.

Palate : Full-bodied, fragrant, and invigorating. Salty, with notes of brioche and a lingering, refreshing mineral finish.

Muriel’s advice : An excellent surprise wine for aperitifs. It is enjoyed by everyone at any time. Sweet and savory, it pairs perfectly with dishes simmered in Asian broths, particularly Japanese broths, dashi, vegetable fondues, Thai soups, and ramen.

.

Vines : > 50 years old, “Schuetzenrain” plot which means “Protected from rain” for Pinot Gris and “Kastelweg” meaning “Chemin des Châteaux” for Sylvaner.
