All the aromatic intensity of Gewurztraminer in a generous, alcohol-free grape juice.
This juice is made from organically grown Gewurztraminer grapes, harvested at full ripeness with the same care and attention as grapes destined to produce a great wine.
After harvest, the grapes are pressed into juice, which is then settled and pasteurized before being bottled.
Here, Gewurztraminer expresses its naturally aromatic, floral and generous character, with notes of ripe grapes, flowers and exotic fruits. A delicious discovery of the grape variety, in an alcohol-free version.
Muriel’s tips:
Serve well chilled, ideally between 8 and 10°C..
Particularly enjoyable as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with desserts, pastries and dishes with fruity or delicately spiced flavours.
Vines: a mid-slope parcel south of the village, named “Wasserloch”.
Terroir: marl-limestone-sandstone. Clay-rich soil where silt and loess mingle with deposits of sandstone and oolitic limestone. A highly diverse mix of rocks, rich in minerals and fertile, with good water-retention capacity.
