Located in the heart of Alsace, near Eguisheim and Colmar, Domaine GUETH is an 8-hectare family estate. Situated along the famous Alsace wine route, the estate offers an idyllic setting. Nestling at the foot of the Ballons des Vosges nature park, the reception area and modern cellars are set in the heart of the vineyards.
We have long been committed to respecting the soil, flora and fauna, and believe that good wines can be made from healthy soil. With the help of modern tools and meticulous work, we strive every day to create a link with the terroir in order to reveal and help you discover the personality of each of our cuvées, truly exceptional terroir wines.
Our family name “GUETH” is the Alsatian equivalent of “GUT” in German and “GOOD” in English: you can’t make it up! To offer you Alsace wines that are naturally “GOOD”…

Wir hatten morgens spontan für 14 Uhr eine Weinprobe auf der Homepage gebucht.
Die Weinprobe war sehr individuell gestaltet. Wir suchten uns aus dem Angebot 4 Weine aus, diese wurden vom Chef und seiner Expertise ergänzt und nummeriert. Bei Brezeln und Guggelhupf und mit der Winzerin bekamen wir eine sehr individuelle Weinprobe mit vielen Informationen, sogar auf Deutsch.
Die Weine sind sehr unterschiedlich und bilden ein tolles Gesamterlebnis.
Nach der Weinprobe schauten wir noch kurz den Weinkeller und die Produktion an.
Ein richtig tolles Erlebnis und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Un endroit magnifique au pied des Vosges. Nous y avons découvert des vins parfaits. La vigneronne, Mme Gueth, a fait une présentation très intéressante sur les différents terroirs et cépages de la région, ainsi que sur la vinification biologique. Grâce à ses vastes connaissances et à sa passion, elle a produit ces excellents vins. J'en ai acheté quelques bouteilles et je les ai rapportées. Depuis, je les commande régulièrement car je les trouve sensationnels. Mes préférés sont les versions demi-secs du Gewurztraminer et du Pinot Gris, ainsi que le Pinot Noir, ce Bourgogne aux arômes particulièrement savoureux.
Wir hätten uns keinen perfekteren Abschluss unserer zweiwöchigen Wohnmobilreise durch Österreich wünschen können als unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Weingut in einem wunderschönen Dorf. Die Lage ist absolut atemberaubend und die Gastfreundschaft war vom ersten Moment an unvergesslich.
Vor dem Check-in wurden wir mit einem Glas Crémant begrüßt, der sofort für Stimmung sorgte. Nach einer kurzen Pause in unserem Zimmer folgten wir der Einladung des Gastgebers zu einer Weinprobe – und wir waren sehr froh darüber. Die Weine waren ausgezeichnet, mit viel Charakter und Geschichten, und die Leidenschaft des Gastgebers machte das Ganze noch besonderer.
Das Abendessen wurde für uns in einem lokalen Restaurant organisiert, wo wir wie alte Freunde begrüßt wurden und wunderbares Essen und eine hervorragende Weinkarte genossen.
Unser Gästezimmer war einfach ein Genuss: stilvolle Möbel, äußerst bequeme Betten, ein modernes Badezimmer und ein einzigartiger Stehtisch aus alten Weinfässern – ein Detail, das uns sehr gefiel.

We had a wonderful weekend in August surrounded by vineyards, a complete change of scenery. The room was very nice and very clean. We tasted and bought some very good wines. What more can we say except SEE YOU SOON...
Un séjour magique au Domaine Gueth ! Accueil chaleureux par Muriel et son mari, des hôtes passionnés et attentionnés. L'endroit est magnifique, au cœur des vignes alsaciennes. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.
Mon copain et moi avons appris beaucoup lors de la dégustation de vins. Muriel prend le temps d'expliquer avec passion son travail et les particularités de leur production biologique.

Wir waren bei dem Weintasting vor Ort und haben es sehr genossen. Eine sehr liebevolle Führung von der sympathischen Winzerin Muriel höchst persönlich. Muriel hat sich sehr viel Zeit für unsere Gruppe genommen und ist auf alle Fragen ausführlich eingegangen. Die Weine waren ebenfalls sehr lecker, sodass wir direkt einen Karton mitgenommen haben.

Wir hatten eine Tour durch die Weinberge mit Verköstigung und Besichtigung der Weinkeller gebucht. Muriel hat sich sehr viel Zeit für unsere Gruppe genommen, hat alle Fragen ausführlich beantworten und ist auf alle Wünsche und Weinpräferenzen eingegangen. Die Weine waren sehr lecker und selbst die Weine die nicht so unser Fall waren, waren interessant zu probieren da Muriel uns erklärt hat wie unterschiedliche Bodengegebenheiten eine gleiche Traubensorte verändern kann. So haben wir zum Beispiel zwei Riesling probiert von der selben Trauben Art aber die Weine wuchsen auf unterschiedlichen Weinbergen, was den Geschmack verändert hat. Sie hat uns die Unterschiede des Weinbaus erklärt und diese auf den Feldern gezeigt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Einführung in die Welt der Winzer*innen.

Nous avons réservé une dégustation de vins avec visite de la cave et du vignoble chez Muriel. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et Muriel nous a beaucoup parlé de la situation géographique et de la vinification biologique. Elle parle très bien allemand, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche.
La philosophie de Muriel est que, lors de l'affinage du vin, le vigneron privilégie toujours les caractéristiques naturelles de chaque cépage, évitant ainsi l'ajout de sucre ou de levure. Cette fermentation lente crée un goût unique.
Enfin, nous avons dégusté une sélection de vins. Muriel a su s'adapter à nos goûts et nous a donné des informations sur les cépages, le vignoble et les terroirs. Des amuse-gueules et un kouglof étaient également servis avec les différents vins.
Tous les vins étaient délicieux ; nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par le Pinot Blanc Auxerrois, le Sylvaner et le Gewürztraminer sec.

For our anniversary outing celebrating our company's 10th anniversary, we booked a guided wine tasting with Muriel. Since a colleague had injured her knee, Muriel immediately accommodated her and changed her planned route so that we could still get all the important information about her winery and understand the different vineyard sites. We were particularly impressed by Muriel's philosophy, which closely aligns with ours. The way she produces wine according to the natural conditions, without subsequently altering its flavor for sale, left a lasting impression on us! Here, the vine is the focus, just as the person is for us. During the subsequent wine tasting, Muriel explained the different wines to us very well and also took our preferences into account. I would definitely plan another visit with Muriel on my next visit to Alsace!

Eine sehr gute Erfahrung, um den Winzerberuf in seiner Gesamtheit kennenzulernen (begleiteter Spaziergang durch die Weinberge, Keller und Verkostung verschiedener Weine). Wir wurden von Muriel gut aufgenommen, gute Freundlichkeit und Austausch mit der Gruppe. Ich empfehle.

Nous y étions avec notre camping-car. L'emplacement n'est pas terrible. C'est très étroit. Mais on peut y passer la nuit. En revanche, la dégustation de vin a été un fiasco total. 17 euros par personne rien que pour la dégustation, et ils n'ont même pas organisé notre visite.

Muriels Herzblut kommt in ihrer einfachen Erklärung ihrer Weinphilosophie zum Ausdruck. Sie sagte uns: „Ich lasse den Wein auf mich zukommen. Ich versuche nicht, ihn durch Zugabe von Zutaten, nicht einmal Hefe, zu verändern oder zu beeinflussen.“ Diese Qualität spiegelt sich in allen Weinen wider, die wir probiert haben. Wir waren von ihrer Leidenschaft, Philosophie und Herangehensweise an die Weinherstellung begeistert. Ein wirklich tolles, gemütliches Erlebnis, und wir können diese Weinprobe uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our family enjoyed a lovely afternoon appointment exploring the cellar and tasting wine. We loved hearing about their wine making philosophy and really enjoyed the experience of tasting their wonderful wines. Our four kids said their grape juice was the best they’d ever had so, naturally, we bought some along with several other bottles of the adult grape juice. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
We stayed in a motorhome overnight (for free...but no services, so need to be fully self sufficient).

Meine Mutter und ich waren ein paar Tage in Straßburg und beschlossen, durch die nahegelegenen Weinanbaugebiete zu fahren. Wir stießen auf dieses Weingut und buchten eine Weinprobe. Die Lage war wunderschön und der Wein ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten zwar schon etwas Erfahrung mit Weinproben, waren aber von den detaillierten Informationen, die wir erhielten, sehr beeindruckt. Die Weine waren ausgezeichnet und wir erhielten nicht nur ausführliche Informationen über die Weine, sondern auch über den Weinanbau und die unterschiedlichen Bodenverhältnisse. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!

We stayed two nights at the winery and everything was a great experience. Room, location, wine tasting, cleanliness, breakfast… there are only two rooms and this allows family Gueth to give the best service possible. Totally recommend it not only for wine, but also for accommodation.
Sur la route du retour, nous nous sommes arrêtés à l’improviste dans ce charmant vignoble alsacien, et quelle belle surprise ! Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Excellent séjour au Domaine de Gueth ! Très bon accueil de Muriel et de son mari. La chambre est très moderne et très bien décorée dans l’esprit du vin. Elle donne sur les vignobles à perte de vue. Petit déjeuner copieux, dégustation de leurs vins biologiques, crémants et jus de raisins et conseils de promenades. Une relation amicale s’est vite installée et nous avons passé de très bons moments !

Wir kamen für einen Rundgang durch die Keller und eine Verkostung. Wir wurden von Muriels Ehemann begrüßt. Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Mensch, der seinen Job liebt. Wir haben nicht gesehen, wie die Zeit verging. Die Weine sind ausgezeichnet. Ich fange diesen Bereich erneut an.

Today I went to visit this beautiful family business. Really interesting experience. I and other enthusiasts were accompanied by the owner Muriel to visit the vineyards and the cellar with subsequent tasting of numerous wines, all of high quality. My rating is 5 stars because you can't give more. If you come to Alsace, you absolutely must pass through here.
We have been well received in this area. The presentation and tastings were superb.

We had a voucher for a gourmet aperitif offered by one of our relatives, and we discovered Muriel's estate last night. An excellent time spent with a lot of information learned (we are new to wine). The atmosphere was very friendly and Muriel, who is passionate about her profession, welcomed us with the desire to pass on to us her philosophy and her approach to wine culture. We really enjoyed the wine tastings and the excellent food served with us! We encourage you to come and do the same!
Meine Frau und ich besuchten dieses Weingut im Juli 2024 und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Besitzer waren freundlich und kompetent und erzählten einige tolle Geschichten. Der Raum war intim und die Weine waren unglaublich. Wir haben etwas Wein mit nach Hause gebracht und können es kaum erwarten, es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die Verkostung war großartig, da nicht nur die Weine sehr lecker waren, sondern wir auch wieder viel gelernt haben. Muriel und ihr Mann sind beide sehr nett und es war eine Freude, mit ihnen zu reden. Und nicht zu vergessen das Frühstück, das fantastisch war. Wir können einen Aufenthalt auf der Domaine Gueth zu 100 % empfehlen.
Wir haben Domaine Gueth während eines Teambuilding-Workshops besucht. Muriel und Ralph waren einfach großartig und haben diesen Besuch magisch gemacht. Muriels Leidenschaft für das Land, das sie geerbt hat, ist in allem, was sie tut, sichtbar. Ihre systemische Philosophie schuf eine Einheit mit der Erde und den Trauben, die sie pflegt. Die Weinprobe war reich an Informationen und Wissen darüber, was dieses Land so besonders macht. Die intime Atmosphäre ist so, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Erinnerung.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wine tasting at Domaine Gueth, and it exceeded all my expectations. The tour began with a very good, informative, and educational walk along the vineyards. It was fascinating to learn about the different types of soils and how they influence the wine's character.
The highlight for me was the wine tasting itself. Every wine was excellent, but the Riesling from the sandstone soil was particularly outstanding. I never knew Riesling could be so exceptional!
The prices are fair, and it's heartening to see that Domaine Gueth is a family-run organic winery. You can truly sense Ms. Gueth's passion and dedication to winemaking. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Découverte lors d'un apero gourmand permettant de comprendre et bien sûr déguster des associations de vins et de mets. Une très belle soirée de découverte et bcp de choses apprises. Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à l'humilité de Muriel dans l'approche de son métier de vigneronne. Et bien entendu, nous nous sommes régalés. A noter également les très bons mets préparés par le restaurant le Bellevue.

Nous y avions déjà séjourné mais nous y sommes retourné pour une dégustation de vins et l’accueil, les conseils et la passion sont toujours au rendez-vous. De plus, les vins sont délicieux et la dégustation se déroule avec les conseils avisés des hôtes.

We arrived in the middle of harvest and Madame Gueth took the time with us as if it was the middle of January. She was very informative and gracious and the wines were a perfect reflection of the terroir, lovely. We highly recommend making a reservation here.
We had an excellent evening with an aperitif at the winegrower's. Ms. Gueth received us very well and shared her passion and her knowledge in French but also in German for our guests. We really liked the selected wines! I recommend!

Today, it’s the man who’s doing it! Just for the two of us, in the middle of the harvest period! And for more than 1h30 of sharing: it's difficult to find a couple of winegrowers who are more available and passionate about the profession. A total commitment which makes the visit and the explanations in the cellar thrilling. And remarkable is the solid and very informative tasting that follows. We were traveling in France with our CampVan Malibu in mid-August 2023 and found Muriel Gueth's winery in Gueberschwihr via France Passion as a place to stay.
We were a little late.
Muriel Gueth gave us a warm welcome and was very sorry that her pitch was already occupied.
In return, she invited us to the wine tasting the next morning.
We gladly accepted the offer and the next morning we learned a lot about ecological winegrowing from Muriel and her husband and drowned.
Very tasty wines and Cremonts, which are developed with a lot of love and honest craftsmanship and a lot of maturing time.
There are now some treasures in our cellar and we can warmly recommend Weingut Muriel Gueth in Gueberschwihr.

Very good welcome, followed by an interesting visit of the cellars which allowed us to learn more about the wine and the region. Then we had a tailor-made tasting of the different wines.
Warm welcome, we had a tour of the cellars followed by a tasting of their wines. A visit of about 1:30 in which we learned a lot about the vines, the making of wine, the bottling, the different wines, … To do if you pass in the region!
Great experience, the wines are delicious and the visit with the explanations is very interesting 🙂

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub im Elsass auf dem Weingut Gueth. Bei den super Gastgebern möchten wir uns für die wunderschönen Tage bedanken. Hervorzuheben ist das leckere Frühstück und der sehr gute Wein. Eine Weinverkostung mit Führung ist zu empfehlen.

The biggest thanks to Muriel Gueth and her family for such a warm welcome on Easter! Highly recommended stay in the room of bottles surrounded by vineyards. We had a personal excursion with Muriel and Pinkie 🐶 in the fields, later a perfect tasting of Alsace wines from different soils. Now only tastes from the wine bottles at home remind this perfect weekend! Thank You! 🍷🥂🍇
Excellente dégustation ! Nous avons eu la chance de tester de nombreux vins de la maison, qui étaient tous délicieux. Monsieur Gueth a été très attentif aux goûts et préférences de toute la famille, et ses explications nous ont beaucoup appris. A tester les yeux fermés pour un moment très convivial, qui ravira tout le monde.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits au sein du domaine Gueth.Très bon accueil, belle chambre spacieuse, délicieux petit déjeuner,dégustation agréable et très bon conseil. Muriel est passionnée par son métier et ses vignes, son mari est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons, tout était parfait !

Un picnic dégustation plus que parfait. Une visite ludique des vignes avec une chasse au trésor. Muriel est une femme passionnée et passionnante. Des vins divins, fins, qui se dégustent sans fin. Un joli moment de partage du repas avec le couple de touristes hollandais qui n'avait pas grand chose à manger.

Et que dire de la chambre d'hôte : sublime ! On se sent "comme à la maison". Décoration soignée, calme et confort sont au rendez vous ! Avec en prime la vue sur les vignes. Enfin, le petit déjeuner sur-mesure avec des produits locaux, pris au caveau ! En un seul mot Merci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☀

J'ai découvert le domaine sur le site " vente des vignerons indépendants " ce jour , j'ai gouté une des bouteilles commandées : un Riesling 2019 ,et bien tout simplement bon : sec mais fruité avec une belle salinité et une bonne longueur en bouche ,la touche féminine est bien là ! je vais recommander les 3 cuvées spéciales ( assemblage de cépages différents ) Pour les néophytes et autres , prenez le temps de visiter le site ,c'est tout simplement fabuleux!! détails ,accompagnements ,classements des cépages ,les accords mets/vins , vous lisez le tout comme une gourmandise. Je tiens à préciser que je ne connaissais pas il y a quelques semaines et que je n'ai aucun intérèt ,simplement le plaisir de dire : c'est bon.
Tout est parfait. L’accueil au domaine, la chambre avec tout confort et la visite du domaine. Amateur de vin ou passionné, au domaine tout est expliqué parfaitement.

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans la chambre bouteille. Super expérience. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé (belles discussions autour du vin, du domaine...) Nous pouvons en dire autant du confort et du petit déjeuner inclus . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 🙂 merci encore pour tout, nous reviendrons !

This was our last day in Colmar and we decided to go and visit another winery. We were lucky to get to Gueth Winery. The tour was fantastic!! we learn a lot about the area and the Alsace wine. The different from the old wine taste and the new taste of wine. Thank you very much for the lovely tour and tasting.
What a wonderful domaine to visit. We had a visit and tasting here today, and one we won't forget. To hear wine makers talk with such depth of knowledge and passion is wonderful. Great tour, amazing wines and a wonderful visit ! A must go to if you're in the Alsace.

Nous sommes venus avec des amis du Sud Ouest pour faire une dégustation des vendanges tardives au Domaine Gueth et Muriel nous a accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse et tant de bons vins que nous sommes tous repartis avec des cartons pleins de petits trésors alsaciens. A recommander sans hésitation pour passer un excellent après-midi et faire le plein de bon vins locaux et respectueux de l'environement.
Très satisfait de ma visite dans cette cave. N'étant pas spécialiste, j'ai été écouté et bien conseillé avec un discours adapté. Ce domaine familiale respire la passion du vin, la cave accueillante donne envie d'y retourner. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et nous profiterons pour tester la nuitée proposée. Important, nos proches ont trouvé le vin "super bon" tout comme nous. Merci à Murielle et à Ralph, les propriétaires.
Trouvé par hasard sur le marché. Eh bien non seulement je suis ravie de soutenir une vigneronne (j'entends par là, un domaine sous le nom d'une femme), mais en plus, son vin était vraiment très bon, très bonne qualité. Pour sûr, on vous reprendra quelques bouteilles lors du prochain marché !
Comme on dit le hasard fait bien les choses car nous sommes passés devant cette productrice en nous baladant. Un accueil chaleureux et des explications très précises sur sa production. Ce qui permet d’apprécier la dégustation des vins. Les prix sont totalement corrects et en rapport avec la qualité des vins. N’hésitez pas allez y
Super accueil. Nous avons eu la chance de partager un moment avec Mme Gueth, viticultrice. Elle nous a transmis sa passion. Nous avons appris plein de choses sur la culture de la vigne puis la vinification. En dépit d un temps pluvieux, ce fut un agréable moment de partage et d échanges au moment de la dégustation de ses vins de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement la visite du domaine.
Belle façon de partager l'amour du domaine et leur manière de prendre ce que dame nature leur donne sans plus. De la qualité et rien de plus. J'ai vraiment aimé cette façon d'appréhender leur métier dans le respect de la nature.

Très accueillant comme d'habitude. Nous y venons chaque fois que nous sommes dans les environs. Nous faisons même le déplacement des vosges pour nous y fournir en vin. Je recommande vivement.
Super moment de visite et dégustation avec la vigneronne. Accueil agréable, dégustation et visite super complètes avec une passionnée du vin et du métier. On a goûté un vin blanc 1989 incroyable et des nouvelles cuvées aussi. À visiter obligé si on est dans le coin !
J'y suis passé il y a de là un mois, avec ma compagne. Nous avions été envoyé par un ami qui m'en avais dis que du bien.

By chance we came across this winery and we were pleasantly surprised by the personal approach of Muriel, the daughter who took over the vineyard. Even though they were busy with the harvest, she took her time to explain her take on creating wine. Unlike other wineries, she let the grapes decide what wine it will become. This is leading to very interesting creations, like a sparkling Muscat! We were on our bikes and restricted what we could take with us but we've really enjoyed the wines we bought.
Enjoyed our visit and tasting at this winery very much. It's a relatively small winery with a large personal touch. I also do like the fact the wines are made in a biological way. Based on this principal Gueth created some really lovely wines.
I stumbled upon this place by circumstance. And I am blessed for the experiance. First of all the wines that are coming out here set a standard of excellence that exemplify all that you want to think of the small farmer who listening to the products of his wines crafts a product that will be enjoyed long beyond the visit to the cellar. Secondly the care by which the owners of thsi vineyard will introduce and make you understand there product are why have to come to the Cave. Not just to taste but to learn.
