We invite you to discover the richness of Alsace’s wine culture. Join us for an exclusive and immersive experience, combining guided tours of our vineyards and cellar with an oenological workshop led by Muriel, a passionate winemaker. Learn the secrets of winemaking and be seduced by the diversity and finesse of our wines.

Your experience includes:
Personalised accompaniment : Muriel, your host and winemaker, will introduce you to Domaine GUETH with a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, followed by a commented tasting of her wines in the cellar. Learn more about the vine, organic Alsace wines, our philosophy and our commitment to the environment.
You’ll go for a 45-minute to 1-hour walk to discover the organic vineyards (weather permitting). Muriel will tell you all about the different conditions in the vineyard, the work done on the soil and on the vines, and will point out the differences between traditional and organic growing methods.
Muriel will then take you on a tour of her cellar and winemaking facilities, explaining her method of raising her wines by spontaneous fermentation, using only natural indigenous yeasts.
She will then introduce you to her different cuvées during a tasting session with plenty of commentary, during which you will have the opportunity to taste different Alsace varietal wines. This special moment will also be an opportunity to discover the impact of the soil and terroir on the varied minerality of our parcel wines.
Gourmet Gifts : To extend the experience, you’ll leave with 2 bottles of our organic Alsace wines included in the VIP package, which you’ll have to choose from the Tradition range after your guided tasting.
Organisation and timing:

Allow around 2 hours for this immersive experience into the world of viticulture, wine-making and organic Alsace wines, accompanied throughout by Muriel, your host and wine-maker from Domaine GUETH.

This experience is usually organised in the late afternoon, from 5pm to 7pm, but can also be split into 2 parts of around 1 hour each: the outdoor discovery part and the cellar visit followed by the tasting.

Depending on the season, the occupancy rate of our rooms and other activities in progress, other people may join your group for a shared experience.
