How to use a gift voucher

A gift voucher can be used on the days and at the times when the activity in question is usually held.

• Go to the activity page; check whether the activity is available on the desired day and, if so, at what time(s).
• Once you have identified the day and time available to participate in the activity specified on the gift voucher, call us or send us an email so that we can confirm that everything is in order.
