In a tasting cellar elegantly decorated for the occasion, you will be welcomed by Muriel, a passionate winemaker, who will introduce you to her world through a guided tasting of six local wines. All produced on her organic estate, these wines are the result of authentic expertise and a deep respect for nature.
Each one is subtly paired with a festive specialty—sweet or savory—carefully chosen to reveal the full richness of its aromas. A true sensory exploration where the pairings are by turns surprising, delicate, and harmonious.
On the menu for this gourmet tasting: six great organic Alsace wines perfectly paired with carefully selected festive dishes. Stuffed gingerbread, foie gras terrine, stuffed smoked duck breast, kougelhopf, artisanal bredele cookies, and other seasonal treats will enhance these exceptional wines.
