Vines :<\/strong> halfway up the \u201cPregla\u201d<\/strong><\/em> plots, to the south of the village.<\/p>\n

Terroir\u00a0:<\/strong> marl-sandstone<\/a>. Scree and rocks of pink sandstone from the Vosges, covered with a beautiful deep soil rich in clay.<\/p>\n

In the cellar :<\/strong> slow and gentle pressing; fermentation without adding yeasts; after fermentation, very moderate sulphiting; maturing 6 months on lees in stainless steel vats; bottling at the estate. We put our wines in reserve to offer them to their best potential.<\/p>\n

A delicate and racy Riesling from Alsace<\/h5>\n

Dry and fruity Riesling wine.<\/p>\n

\"Vin<\/a><\/p>\n

Nose :<\/strong> fruity and very floral. Its bouquet is expressive, open, with aromas of citrus and yellow fruit mixed with white flowers.<\/p>\n

Palate :<\/strong> the silky palate reveals ripe citrus fruits with good persistence.<\/p>\n

Muriel’s advice :<\/strong> This dry Riesling goes well with poached fatty fish or fish in cream sauce, with beurre blanc and with white meats in sauce. Perfect with oysters, scampi, stuffed crab, salmon carpaccio, grilled sea bream. This Alsace Riesling wine also goes well with aubergine and tomato caviar, vegetable and seed woks, coq au riesling<\/a>, fish sauerkraut<\/a> and goat’s
