Vines :<\/strong> 50 years old, 2 plots of the locality “Kastelweg”<\/strong><\/em> meaning “Chemin des Ch\u00e2teaux”, neighboring the Grands Cru “Goldert”<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and “Hatschbourg”<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Terroir :<\/strong> marl limestone<\/a>. Composed of clay deposits associated with oolitic limestone pebbles of marine origin.<\/p>\n

In the cellar:<\/strong> over-ripened harvest, in November, before frost and in 40 kg boxes; slow and gentle pressing; fermentation without adding yeasts; very moderate sulphiting; maturing 6 months on lees in stainless steel vats; bottling at the estate. We put this wine in reserve to offer it to you at its best potential.<\/p>\n

Palate :<\/strong> soft, intense and persistent pink on a smooth finish and a beautiful harmony between sugar and acidity.<\/p>\n
