Vines :<\/strong> a mid-slope plot to the south of the village called “Wasserloch”<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Terroir : <\/strong>marl and sandstone<\/a>. Clay soil where silt and loess mix with sandstone and oolitic limestone scree. A soil with a wide variety of rocks, rich in minerals, fertile and with good water retention capacity.<\/p>\n

In the cellar :<\/strong> Slow, gentle pressing; fermentation without the addition of yeast; after fermentation, very moderate sulphiting; aged for 6 months on the lees in stainless steel vats; bottled at the estate. We put our wines in reserve to offer them at their best potential.<\/p>\n
