Marl and Limestone

Terroir made up of marl deposits associated with oolitic limestone pebbles of marine origin, very stony on the slopes and covered with silt mid-slopes. The plots are located to the north and east of the village, altitude between 230 and 325 m.
Gives power (marl) and minerality (limestone) to the wines: the wines can keep for a long time, very expressive, generous, with long and persistent salinity.
